Bravia ZX1 thinnest TV in the world



Finally Sony reveals its thinnest LCD TV, Bravia ZX1. This HD LCD TV has width of 40 Inches and thickness of 9.9mm. This thickness just resembles a cd case. The TV was launched at the NEC’s Grand Designs show.


This TV comes with Bravia 1080 wireless built in (media box) which has feature of picking content from a media server which has wireless facility.

Features include:

  1. 1920 x 1080 picture resolution
  2. LED Technology
  3. Image blur reduction feature for bright and lively tonal images
  4. 100Hz Motionflow feature
  5. S-Force surround sound
  6. Weigh 15Kg
  7. BRAVIA theater sync
  8. Wireless reception capability

Price in India is not yet clear, however it will cost around $6000. Sony is not going to launch the product in US, currently.
